Active schedules list

Upon launch of the Maintenance and Projects module, the “Active schedules list date” is set to 14 days before the current date.
 
All schedules on or after that date are indicated in the # (“Active schedules” list).
 
(Short query). A summary of the active schedule’s status.
Authorisation, sign off, hirable, maintainable (for projects), task order status and purchase item allocation/issue statuses are indicated.
The progress bar below the “Active schedules” list indicates the overall completion of the active schedule.
 
Purchase orders can be activated from the status form.
 
Double clicking or right clicking a schedule in any of the grids may result in the “Active schedules list date” field to change to an earlier date so as to include the selected grid schedule.
