Adding schedules

Using the “Facility schedules” view, select the facility or subhirable and a suitable date range.
Locate the date and starting time slot in the Maintenance or Project row of the grid and select it.
Click the Schedule option to access the schedule form.
Schedule tasks
Once you have successfully setup the schedule:-
Add schedule. Save the raised maintenance or project schedule.
Update schedule. Save any changes made to an existing schedule. This applies to schedules selected for editing in the main window.
Availability. Check if the facility can be maintained or a project raised for the specified period. This is subject to any existing schedules, their Facility maintainable during project values, any bookings that overlap with the schedule period and the rules as setup in General settings.
It is advisable that you check the availability of the facility before loading purchase items and specifying tasks.
Availability is checked when the schedule is added or updated.
Repeat schedule. Raise maintenance schedules to be repeated over a period of time (See Repeat maintenance schedules).
General settings. Change the General settings.
