Booked - bookings loaded but not authorised or confirmed (i.e. provisional bookings).
Authorised – bookings loaded, authorised but not confirmed.
Authorised confirmed – bookings loaded, authorised and confirmed. Note: A booking cannot be confirmed if it has not been authorised.
Double booking (Overlap) – if double/overlapping bookings are allowed (See General Settings in the Administration module), all time slots where bookings overlap (irrespective of their current status) will be highlighted in Red.
Invoiced not authorised - If the Do not allow unauthorised bookings to be invoiced general setting has not been enabled, bookings can be invoiced without being authorised.
Invoiced - bookings authorised and invoiced
Scheduled - Maintenance and project schedules that do not meet any of the other key options.
Hirable authorised - Maintenance and Project schedules authorised and set as hirable. In the case of Projects, the facility must be set to non maintainable in the Project schedule.
Hirable not authorised - Maintenance and Project schedules not authorised and set as hirable. In the case of Projects, the facility must be set to non maintainable in the Project schedule.
Maintainable - Project schedules not authorised and hirable.
Hirable maintainable - Project schedules not authorised but hirable and maintainable.
Maintainable authorised - Project schedules authorised, maintainable but not hirable.
Hirable maintainable authorised - Project schedules authorised, maintainable and hirable.
Signed off/complete - Maintenance and Project schedules signed off as complete.
Closed authorised - Maintenance and Project schedules authorised but not hirable or maintainable.
Closed not authorised - Maintenance and Project schedules not authorised, hirable or maintainable.
Not Available – all dates and times preceding the current date and time are highlighted in grey. If you have permission to book before the current date (i.e. retrospectively), the greyed out cells in the Bookings row will not apply to you. Deselecting the checkbox will leave the applicable cells unformatted in the “Grid back colour unselected cells” (see Customising themes) and will speed up grid refreshes.
