Performing roll call

Before roll call can be performed, the booking must be authorised.
All members assigned to the roll call on the booking will be indicated in the grid along with the times they were assigned on the booking.
Members are always listed as “Surname, Firstname[Number]”.
 
Select the cell in the Primary column corresponding to the member and tick the checkbox that appears (or untick) to record attendance.
If the member was assigned a “Double roll call”, the Secondary column can be selected and the checkbox ticked (or unticked) as required to record the second roll call.
 
If a member is assigned to a subhirable, the subhirable description will reflect next to their name.
If a member has been assigned to a subhirable but not placed on the roll call, the Primary and Secondary cells will indicate “N/A”.
These records are reflected for information/completeness purposes.
 
Mark all primary. Select this option to mark all members in attendance for the “Primary” roll call.
Reset primary. Select this option to unmark all member attendance for the “Primary” roll call.
 
Mark all secondary. Select this option to mark all members in attendance for the “Secondary” roll call.
Reset Secondary. Select this option to unmark all member attendance for the “Secondary” roll call.
